Are you interested in taking part in an interesting project that promotes future technological developments?

TELUS International is looking for participants to join a project that uses Live Photos to collect handwriting. This project aims to assist artificial intelligence systems to improve recognition functions.

Project Details

● Use Live Photos to collect handwritten characters in Traditional Chinese

● Handwritten characters must contain specific types, such as menus, notes, postcards, etc.

● You can use Live Photos to take pictures of existing handwritten characters, or you can create content according to the needs of the project, handwrite and take pictures.

● Detailed guidelines and the type of text we need will be provided by email after registration.

● Depending on the number of photos you provide, your time may be 1-2 hours or longer.

Participation Conditions

● Currently residing in Hong Kong and entitled to work in Hong Kong.

● 18 years or older.

● Possess the following devices (because the photo can only be taken with the following devices): iPhone: XR, XS, SE (2nd generation), 11, 11 Pro, 11 Pro Max, XS, XS Max, 12, 12 mini, 12 Pro, 13, 13 mini, 13 Pro, 13 Pro Max, 14. iPad: Mini (5th and 6th generation), Air (3rd and 4th generation), iPad (8th and 9th generation), Pro 11-in and Pro 12.9-in.

● Ability to upload photos from a computer

Remuneration

● If you can provide 25 sets of live photos that meet the conditions (25 sets of MOV and HEIC files), you will get 45 US dollars. If you can provide more, each set of photos will be calculated as 1.8 US dollars. (1 group = a group of paired MOV and HEIC files, which can form a Live Photo file)

● You can provide different types and multiple groups of photos (as long as the handwritten text is different and the type is different)

Any information you provide for this program will be treated confidentially.

TELUS International will contact eligible participants with more detailed instructions on how to get started with the program.
