TELUS International AI (“TIAI”) is seeking French (Canada) speakers for the Multiple Phone Calls Project ("Project"). TIAI is collecting the information on behalf of a non-affiliated customer of TIAI, as described below. The purpose of this project is to gather data, used for the development of AI technology. Summary

Participants are requested to make 7 phone calls in French (Canada), calling toll-free numbers on various days. They will be asked to perform the calls according to different scenarios provided by TELUS International AI: using different devices and discussing various topics, e.g. travel, healthcare.

Each phone call lasts approx. 4-7 minutes. There are no real conversations during the calls. Participants will be asked to leave voicemails in which they come up with a spontaneous speech by themselves to cover assigned scenarios.

Task duration: Estimated time to complete the whole task is approximately 1 hour, including the time needed for reading the instructions. The calls have to be performed on different days. The whole task can be completed within 1 week.

Expected Project Duration: November 2022 - January 2023

Requirements:

- Native French (Canada) speaker

- Age 18 and more

- Located in Canada

- Access to 2 of the following technologies for the duration of the call: Landline phone, mobile phone, VOIP app (e.g. Skype)

- Participants might be asked to create a Skype (or other VOIP app) account for the purpose of the project.

- Only one time participation is allowed

- Only assigned participant can complete the task

Payment Rate:

- Compensation for completing this task is 80 CAD

- Compensation is paid only once all 7 calls are recorded and the quality is approved by our Quality Assessment Team, which may take up to 1 business week after all calls have been placed.

- This is an independent contractor opportunity.
